ABOUT ME
Currently supporting the United States Postal Service (USPS) as the UX Design and Business Team Lead for the USPS.com Digital Ecosystem and Digital Brand Marketing division of USPS, Alex Turgeon is a data-driven, results-oriented Associate within Booz Allen Hamilton’s Citizen Services and Economic Development division, based in Washington, DC.
Alex possesses over 6 years of relevant experience in user experience research and strategy, digital product management, and experience/service design, utilizing his creative capabilities in customer insights, business analytics, marketing, and communication to provide cohesive qualitative and quantitative solutions for both federal and commercial clients. Alex Turgeon has a proven track record of success implementing strategic solutions through stakeholder analysis, business process reengineering, performance operations optimization, service design, and user experience.
As a Customer Experience subject matter expert, Alex has worked with organizations such as Digital.gov to detail Customer Experience & Continuous Improvement: The USPS Digital Approach. Alex has supported clients across the United States Postal Service (USPS), Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and Department of the Treasury (Treasury) in support of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
Prior to Booz Allen, Alex graduated from Clark University in 2017 with his MBA, concentrating in Information Management & Business Analytics, and in 2016 with his BA majoring in Marketing and Communications as well as Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Throughout this time, Alex provided consultative support to several commercial clients, where he demonstrated his capabilities as a dedicated, resourceful, and driven consultant whose work combines both highly-strategic and highly-technical thinking to deliver client results based on data and best practices.
Prior to Booz Allen, I graduated from the accelerated MBA program at Clark University's Graduate School of Management in Worcester, Massachusetts where I concentrated in Marketing, Information Management & Business Analytics. I am a competitive and ambitious young professional with stellar interpersonal and creative skills. Through my years of experience, I thrive in an environment where I can learn and translate skills that can create a positive impact on society and business organizations.
